One of my many requests for a refund going back months.

Dear AMAZON,
RE: Refund for returned item.
Please refund the outstanding amount to my original payment method.
It was collected by you from the Post Office on 09 December 2024.

Hello,
I apologize you haven't received a refund for the item you returned.
Since the carrier didn't scan the item, and more than 30 days have passed, we're unable to issue a refund or assist further.
So.
Amazon do not keep their own records, of things being delivered to them, or collected by them
?
Don't make me laugh !
What about book keeping ?
What about financial accounting ?
What about stock control ?
What about security ?
Suppose it was a bomb ?
Delivery confirmed, but AMAZON HAVE LOST IT.
So that means that they are refusing to pay me £327.81
for the returned card, plus my postage of £4.25.
A TOTAL of £332.06
